Richard M. Hall
Richard M. Hall is licensed to practice law in Indiana. After graduating from Indiana University (Bloomington campus) in 1977 with a business degree (major: accounting), Mr. Hall attended Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis, graduating cum laude in December 1980.
Following law school graduation Mr. Hall joined a major law firm in Indianapolis, beginning his training as an estate planning and business attorney. Mr. Hall moved his law practice to the north side of Indianapolis in 1984.
In addition to his extensive estate planning and administration practice, Mr. Hall has been involved in more than 250 transactions involving the sale or purchase of a business. Mr. Hall is a certified public accountant (inactive status). His accounting education has proven to be invaluable when counseling clients and businesses regarding legal and tax matters.
Mr. Hall has served as a panelist at numerous continuing legal education seminars sponsored by the Indianapolis Bar Association and the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF). Since its inception in Indiana, Law & Politics has named Mr. Hall as a Super Lawyer® in recognition of his legal expertise. Such list of lawyers comprises approximately 5% of the total number of lawyers in Indiana. Mr. Hall has been named to the prestigious bar registry of pre-eminent lawyers as a result of a confidential peer-review process conducted by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Hall served as technical editor on the publication entitled Estate Planning for Dummies (Wiley Publishing, 2003).
Mr. Hall serves as co-counsel in estate and trust litigation matters.
Mr. Hall is married. His wife Lisa and he share three children and live in Indianapolis.

Pamela K. Koehler
Pamela K. Koehler is licensed to practice law in Indiana. After graduating from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, Ms. Koehler attended Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis, where she served as an Articles Editor for the Indiana Law Review. In 1997, Ms. Koehler graduated in the top ten percent of her law school.
Ms. Koehler practices extensively in the areas of estate and trust planning and administration, helping clients and their family members minimize estate and inheritance taxes and transfer their assets in a time-efficient, orderly manner. In addition to her planning and administration practice, Ms. Koehler advises business owners on the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, succession planning, contracts and other business matters.
Ms. Koehler is a member of the Professional Advisors Leadership Council for the Central Indiana Community Foundation. She has been designated as a Five Star Wealth Manager as published in Indianapolis Monthly. Ms. Koehler has been certified as an Indiana Trust and Estate Lawyer by the Indiana Trust and Estate Specialty Board.
Ms. Koehler lives in Zionsville with her two children, Benton and Mallory.

Shawn M. Scott
Shawn M. Scott is licensed to practice law in both Indiana and Illinois. After graduating from Hanover College in 2000, Mrs. Scott attended The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, where she earned a J.D. and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property.
Mrs. Scott concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, business law and succession planning and real estate. She frequently advises individual and corporate personal representatives and trustees in the administration of estates and trusts.
Mrs. Scott has spoken at several legal seminars on the topics of estate planning and estate and trust administration. She is a member of the Annual Fund Advisory Board at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. Shawn has been designated as an Indiana Rising Star by Law & Politics and the publishers of Indianapolis Monthly.
Mrs. Scott married fellow North Central High School alum Sean D. Scott in 2004. They live in Butler-Tarkington with their daughter, Jacqueline, and their two Boston Terriers.
